About
Why this exists
The techniques that help a professional athlete perform under pressure are not secret. They are simply hard to get hold of.
Working one-to-one with a sports psychologist or a hypnotherapist costs somewhere between £60 and £150 an hour, and the people who benefit most from it are often the least likely to book it — the club golfer who has putted badly for two seasons, the county player whose game falls apart when it counts, the person who knows exactly what they should do and cannot make themselves do it.
HypnotherAPPy takes what works in that room and turns it into something you can do for fifteen minutes a day. Not a library of recordings to dip into, but a structured programme: the same techniques, in a deliberate order, repeated long enough to change how you see yourself.
What we believe
Repetition is the mechanism. A single session is an experience. Twenty is a change. Our programmes deliberately return to the same work, because that is what shifts an identity rather than a mood.
Identity beats willpower. Chasing an outcome relies on motivation, which is unreliable by design. Becoming the kind of person who does the thing is what holds when motivation does not.
Evidence, honestly stated. Mental rehearsal and hypnotherapy have a real research base and real limits. We describe both. We do not claim to treat medical or psychological conditions, and where the evidence is mixed we say so.
Who we are
HypnotherAPPy™ is built by Compendium AF LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Programmes are written and recorded with qualified practitioners; the platform is built in-house.
